Version 4.0 and software updates

I found the ver. 4.0 instruction manual by chance the other day, however I’m interested to know how frequently software is updated and how to get the most recent versions.

Software updates are announced on the forum. A new release may be expected once per few months. The next one is coming this week.
Here you can download the last update.
Encourage to propose new features and report any inconvenience if occurs.

The last update has been released in February this year.

Yes, the software handles both MFT versions.

We tried to update the software for scientific grade MFT, but failed, and we found that the software interface only displayed Light (as shown in the second photo), and there were not several LED options can be chosen like old version(the first photo).

Dear Erin,

The software recognizes the version when the intrument is connected. If the software GUI do not update correctly when MFT is connected, you may contact our service (service@fotonowy.pl) directly, so we can assist you with the update online.

Dear Anna,

With version 4.0 when loading aging files or experiments made with version 4.0, the curves doesn’t show on the diagram. If I load aging files from previous versions there is no problem. Can you explain what is wrong?
